Squat barbell squat 80 pounds 9 This was the


excessive where I
probably got the
most tired from just
because you use a
lot muscles. My
heart rate was
about 197.

Chest cable fly 20 pounds 13 This was my


second hardest
one, I don’t have a
lot of upper
strength so I
struggled. My
heart rate was 190

back seated row 40pounds 12 I enjoy doing this


machine excercise and
didn’t get too tired
with this one. My
heart rate was 185

biceps seated hammer 10pounds 15 This was probably


curl one of the easiest
ones. I didn’t;t get
tired at all but I did
have a light weight
just because I
don't have a lot of
strength in arms.
My heart rate was
115.

triceps Dumbell tricep 15 pounds 13 This one was sort


extensions of difficult but not
too bad. I dd get a
little tired. My heart
rate was 125.
