Chest  1/12  5lb 112bpm Felt easy at 5lb. 10lb was a slight challenge. My arms were

Shoulder  R  5lb My muscle are not developed so it hard to do this exercise.

Back  1/12  25lb 25lb was easy, jumping to 40lb is bit more of a challenge. I
 2/12  40lb have to have control of the weight. I feel like I can hurt myself if
I don’t have proper form but felt easy on my last set

Biceps  3/10  10lb Free weights are my favorite but I’m able to feel the burn
already.

Triceps  1/12  10lb 15lb at Triceps were are starting to feel sore at 15lb increased to 20lb
 2/12  15lb 100bpm and till failure which was 12 reps
 1/12  20lb

Squats –  2/12  25lb Felt 25lb was heavy, without weight it was easy but 25 is a big
Linear Leg  1/12  30lb jump for me. I don’t have strong knees. I added 5lb and it was
Press till manageable to do it
