My Learning Insights:

- By doing this activity, I have realized how important it is to always stretch our muscles and move
our body itself in order for us to develop endurance and stamina wherein it strengthens our ability
to do more active tasks which are very beneficial since through this, we are also maintaining our
fitness and health. Personally, I am not fond of doing exercises since I cannot sustain for a very
long time as well as being traumatized by the aftermath such as leg cramps, strained muscles
which are very painful and exhausting. However, this circuit activity enabled me to search for
more active exercises because I have discovered that every time I finish executing the exercises as
a form of practice, it gives a refreshing feeling in terms of being cleansed from the build-up fats
in the body due to the different food intake. Due to that, I have concluded that there is no gain if
there is no pain because I/we must go through a strenuous process before achieving our desired
outcome. Therefore, this activity is one of the most enjoyable activities that I have ever done
because it made me productive holistically and above all, it enlightened me to be more dynamic
in staying fit and healthy.
