P.I.Q 2 Jermanie D.

Worthy

My greatest skill that I have, would have to be my ability to learn. Why did I choose

learning as my greatest skill? The reason I chose it, was because I can learn anything

that I desire very quickly. One example that I can use, is when I was 10, I taught myself

how to draw out a blueprint. It took me about 4 months to learn, and in the beginning, I

thought that it was going to be easy. I believed that it just consisted of lines and

pictures, but the more I broke it down, the more I started to see how complex it actually

was. Usually, you would think that I would give up and move on, but the thrill that I felt

when I was faced with a challenging obstacle is what made me continue to want to learn

how to draw blueprints. The specific part that I had complications with, was geometry.

The videos and websites that I viewed did not help me. My brain was to premature, that

I could not understand what was asked of me. So I decided that I needed to research

high level Geometry, and so I did. Even though I do not want to pursue a career in

Architecture anymore, I still am glad that I learned such an important skill and the

challenges I faced along the way were all worth it .
