My favorite subject out of all the ones I could choose would have to be Math. Ever since

I was young I have always liked the feeling of successfully completing a hard problem, and

getting congratulated by a teacher or my parents. The satisfaction I received was one of the

reasons that I decided to continue down the path of majoring in Mathematics. Math helped me

to figure out that I have a passion for architecture. It helped me to understand that even certain

lines and basic figures can also be complex. Take a table for example, it seems like everything

is simple and straightforward but if you break it down you will understand that it is not so simple.

They have to measure the piece of wood,` then determine the thickness, while also staying on

budget. I just love how you can make even the simplest things into an intricate object. That is

why I love math. You need to read in between the lines in order for you to understand. You will not

just instantly understand what you are given. It requires you to put in the work, and once you get the

answer then you can be proud of the work that you have completed.
