• Part of my Responsible for initial brainstorming and understanding
the different parts of the value chain in the wine industry using Design
Thinking methodology for further framing the business problem
statement.
• Business feasibility and iterations of customer interviews led to a
technology solution for prototyping the MVP.

As a consultant helped in road-mapping the various phases involved
in discovery and framing the business problem and was involved in
the Business model analysis and design initiatives with a view on
technology strategy.
Identified, and implemented MVP for testing the core business
problem statement.

• Responsible for evangelizing and architecting solutions and handling
