Deposits

 Refund policy
In the cases of both existing and new students, advance registration fee DEPOSITS are non-
refundable/non-transferable.
The Refund policy is applicable per term depending on the date of the withdrawal request.
The refund will be calculated from the start of the term and the date of the official request by the
parent stating the intent of withdrawal and not from the date when the student was absent. Being
on the school registrar counts as days in school.
If the student was enrolled in the school for two calendar weeks or less, one month’s fees will be
deducted.
If the student was enrolled in the school for a period ranging between two weeks and one month,
two months’fees will be deducted.
If the student was enrolled in the school for more than a month, the full term’s fee will be
deducted.
Exceptional Refund requisitions will not be considered after 15th August.

Interschool Transfer
Student transfer from one EIS campus to another will only be possible at the completion of an
academic year. Please note that these transfers will be subject to seats availability with all requests
processed through the Registrar's Office.

Supplementary
Returning students are not permitted to attend class in the following year unless bills of every
nature of the prior year arrears as well as current year's first Term fee have been paid.
Student diploma certificates, school reports, transcripts and/or Leaving Certificates will be
released upon completion of school clearance.
Instead of Termly payments, parents/legal guardians can pay the entire balance of the annual
tuition fee once the KHDA school-parent contract is signed.
