Onboarding Process ON DUNZO

1) There are two types of services provided by Dunzo that is B2B and B2C. Our
Homecrop requirement is B2B. The onboarding process is simple. It can be done
through Phone Number, Email id.

2) The price of the first two kilometers is 35 rupees and then 15 rupees per additional
kilometer km.

3) If the delivery charges are still high, there are 13 subscription packs available on DUNZO for
businesses. First, we need to verify the account with dunzo by providing the GST number.
Then the DUNZO team will assign a POC(Point of Contact).

4) The POC will guide us through all the available subscriptions on DUNZO.
Note: The information about subscriptions will be provided by POC only. Without completing
Verification it is not possible to get details about subscriptions. The subscription amount is
different for every city. It changes based on demand.

5) Benefits of being a verified customer of DUNZO:

a) Enable Cash on delivery and allow your customers to pay the product amount in cash.

b) Pass on delivery fees to your customers with our Customer Pays option. In this case,
a nominal charge of 1.5% is charged on the delivery fees received.

c) Add up to 5 drops to the same pickup order in one go and save time.

d) Get access to reports for your orders to analyze your delivery info.

e) Access to all the 13 subscriptions.
