Sub: Order for Customs Software development as per our requirement.

Dear Sir

With reference to your quotation sent by e-mail on 7th of October 2020 we are please to place our order
for the customs software as per our mutual agreed terms and conditions as mentioned below:

1) You will handover the software within one month in working condition as per our requirement
and satisfaction.
2) We will check the system for all sorts of bugs etc for next one month.
3) We will then give you completion certificate if it is working as per our requirement as discussed.
4) Any changes or modifications required within one year need to be implemented within the cost.
5) The offer include one year Cloud charges.
6) In case of shifting of our office we need your support for setting up in new premises if required
at no extra cost within one year.
7) You have to give us the source code as per our discussion.
8) Total cost of the software is Rs.50000/- only.
9) We will pay 30% advance, 20% on system installation in working condition, and 30% on
completion of our check and balance within one week after that.
10) In case you have failed to implement the software then the full amount paid to you would be
returned to us.
11) After 1st year of operation the cloud charges to be fixed as RS.4000/- per year for a minimum of
next five year.

We are sending you advance payment to your personal account to enable you to start the process of
development of the software as per our requirement as discussed.
