Development Program. I have had the pleasure of working with Mr. David who is the Environmental
Health and Safety Support for a period of five (5) months in my capacity as EHS Manager at British
American Tobacco (Madang). During this time, Mr. David has consistently demonstrated exceptional
skills and knowledge in the field of EHS.

Mr. David has an in-depth understanding of relevant regulations and legislation and consistently ensures
compliance with these laws. He also regularly assesses our operations and processes to identify potential
health and safety risks and implements effective control measures to mitigate them. Mr. David has a
proactive approach to safety and is always seeking new ways to improve our overall EHS performance.

Mr. David is an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and is able to effectively convey
complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences. He has strong interpersonal skills and
the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders, including management,
employees, and regulatory agencies.

In addition to Mr. David's technical expertise, He is also highly organized and able to prioritize
effectively to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard. Mr. David is a reliable
and trustworthy team player and consistently demonstrates a strong commitment to the success of our
