It is my pleasure to recommend Somto Nwachukwu for employment with your organization. I
have known Somto for about a year during which time he has worked [and still works] as a
Quality, Health Safety Security and Environmental (QHSSE) Coordinator. He reports directly to
me as the Base Manager. I have been consistently impressed with Somto's attitude and
productivity during the time that we have worked together in the office.
Somto is quite bright, result driven, goal oriented and very motivated. I am confident that he
will devote himself to his coursework and judiciously fulfill all academic requirements leading
to the award of Masters degree in Energy Transition and ESG with a high level of diligence
and excellence. He is a quick learner and has shown the ability to digest large volumes of
information. Mr. Somto has demonstrated the ability to articulate information and ideas in
both verbal and written forms.
Somto has also been effective in his efforts to engage interested parties that we interact with.
This interested parties include vendors/suppliers, Regulators, Clients, government agencies,
employees, visitors and host communities for base and site operations. He has been able to
write interesting reports and training presentations. Mr. Somto is willing to take risks. She will
reach out to people and involve them with projects. I particularly appreciate Somto's
willingness to take the initiative to help the office serve its constituents more fully.
I recommend Mr. Somto without reservation not just for the graduate admissions but also for
various scholarships and other benefits (financial and non financial) for the entire period of
his academic sojourn in your amazing institution and great country. I am confident that he is
going to establish productive relationships with your faculty and fellow students from various
