How did you choose your topic and how does it relate to the annual theme?

Due to its relevance in the island's history, the topic of the growth of Guam's tourism sector was

selected. The growth of Guam's tourism fits in perfectly with the yearly theme "Frontiers in

History," which emphasizes the exploration and growth of various industries. It examines how

Guam's tourism industry has grown and changed over time, as well as the effects it has had on

the island and its residents.

How did you conduct your research?

This project's study was carried out using both offline and internet resources. The Guampedia

website served as the main source of information and included in-depth details regarding Guam's

tourist history. For the purpose of gathering further information and viewpoints, other sources

including books, articles, and reports about the history of Guam and its tourism sector were also

used.
