Sub: ARRANGEMENT OF TRANSPORT ON RENTAL BASIS FOR MAJOR MD
MONIRUZZAMAN (RETD) EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, HA-MEEM DESIGN LTD.

1. We need one vehicle to provide transport facility for Major Md Moniruzzaman

(Retd), Executive Director, Ha-Meem Design Ltd. One private car is required for his
pick & drop transport support.

2. Considering above necessity of one private car is required on rental basis. An

approximate amount of Tk-55,000/-(Fifty Five Thousand Taka only) is contracted
per month (excluding weekly and Govt. Holiday) for hiring one private car. The
above rate includes VAT and other Taxes also. Beside the monthly rent we need to
pay Tk-30/- (Thirty Taka) per hour as Over Time for the driver for duty beyond 10
hours in a day.

movement and others official transport support.

2. Considering above necessity of one private car is required on rental basis. An

approximate amount of Tk-55,000/-(Fifty Five Thousand Taka only) is contracted
per month (Excluding Weekly and Govt. Holiday) for hiring one private car. The
above rate includes VAT and other Taxes also. Beside the monthly rent we need to

hours in a day.

1. MR. Arif Salauddin, (AGM, Marketing) joined That’s It Knit Ltd. Ha-Meem Group Head Office

on 01 September’ 2015 as AGM. We need to arrange a Private Car for him for attending office and
other official work. It may be mentioned here that in the same route he pick other members of
Merchandising Department. His nature of job he needs to go for Marketing and Buying Office
frequently with his team. Due to non-availability of a dedicated vehicle for his Section, all of them
are facing lot difficulties in attending Buyer’s meeting on time and any kind of marketing purpose.

2. In view of the above you are requested to provide him a Company Transport as early as
possible. He should immediately be provided with a full time Car on rental basis till arrangement of
Company Transport. An approximate amount of Tk-55,000/- (Fifty Five Thousand Taka only) is
needed per month (excluding weekly and Govt. Holiday) for hiring a CAR. The above rate includes
VAT and other Taxes also. Beside the monthly rent we need pay Tk-30/- per hour as OT for the
driver for duty beyond 10 hours.
