Sub: ARRANGEMENT OF TRANSPORT ON RENT BASIS FOR SAMPLE
DEPARTMENT, HG.

1. As per management decision merchandising department shift from head office to

tongi zone, we need 4 Bus (52 sitter Non AC), 3 microbus (Hiace) provide pick,
drop and official transport support for production/business of Sample
department.
2. Considering above necessity of arranging 4 Minibus (52 sitter Non AC), 3
microbus (Hiace). An approximate amount for Tk- 285,000/- (Two Lac Eighty
Five Thousand Taka Only) and per kilo tk- 22/-, for 3 microbus (Hiace) Tk-
180,000/-(One Lac Eighty Thousand Taka only) is needed per month (excluding
weekly and Govt. Holiday) for hiring 4 Bus (52 sitter Non AC), 3 microbus (Hiace).
The above rate includes VAT and other Taxes also. Beside the monthly rent we
need to pay for 3 microbus (Hiace) Tk-30/- (Thirty Taka) per hour as Over Time
for the driver for duty beyond 10 hours in a day.
