    Sub: ARRANGEMENT OF TRANSPORT ON RENTAL BASIS FOR MOHAMMAD
    KAMAL HOSEN, SENIOR GENERAL MANAGER, HR HAMEEM GROUP.

    1. We need one transport to provide full time transport facility for Mohammad Kamal
    Hosen, Sr. General Manager, HR, Hameem Group. One private car is required for
    his full time transport support. General
    2. Considering above necessity of one private car is required on rental basis. An
    approximate amount of Tk-55,000/-(Fifty Five Thousand Taka only) is contracted
    per month (excluding weekly and Govt. Holiday) for hiring one private car. The
    above rate includes VAT and other Taxes also. Beside the monthly rent we need to
    pay Tk-30/- (Thirty Taka) per hour as Over Time for the driver for duty beyond
    10 hours in a day.
