    Sub: ARRANGEMENT OF POOL TRANSPORT ON RENTAL BASIS FOR TONGI ZONE

    1. As per management decision due to lack of transport facilities in Tongi Zones


    merchandisers. We need two Noah Microbus to provide pickup & drop, Sample
    Carrying and others official work support.
    2. Considering above necessity arranging two Microbus (Noah) on monthly rental
    basis is required. An approximate amount of Tk-1,00,000/-( One lakh Taka only)
    is needed per month (excluding weekly and Govt. Holiday) for hiring two
    Microbus (Noah). The above rate includes VAT and other Taxes also. Beside the
    monthly rent we need to pay Tk-30/- (Thirty Taka) per hour as Over Time for the
    driver for duty beyond 10 hours in a day.
