Deposition of witness no. 03 for the Prosecution aged about 38 years taken on solemn affirmation

the 6th day of May, 2020.

My name is Pradeep Kumar. I am the son of Ramratan Kumar. My age is 38 years. I am by Religion
Hindu. My nationality is Indian and I belong to Schedule Caste/Schedule Tribe.

My home is near Barh Bazaar Samiti on the Barh-Sahari-Sarmera Road, Police station Barh,
District Patna. I reside at present at the above mentioned address.

On Oath
Examination-in-Chief

1. As I have certified earlier based on my knowledge the victim was being taken on a motorcycle,
which was a Red Glamour, by three boys in the morning while I was at my shop. The motorcycle
headed towards Bakhtiyarpur on the NH 31.

Cross Examination
1. My name is Pradeep Kumar.
2. I am the owner of a Pan kiosk at Kajichak Chowk on NH 31, Barh, District Patna.
3. I live near Barh Bazaar Samiti on the Barh-Sahari-Sarmera Road, Police station Barh, District
Patna.
4. As per my knowledge, the victim was being taken on a motorcycle, which was a Red Glamour,
by three boys in the morning while I was at my shop. The motorcycle headed towards Bakhtiyarpur
on the NH 31.

5. I have stated everything I know to the best of my knowledge.
