TPFMC DUTY

1. MR Code, PROJECT NAME, CLIENT NAME and PROJECT NUMBER will be provided
2. In "SPECIFICATION (DOCUMENT CODE AND REV)" shall be provided the following documents: JSS, SP, SR Part 1, SR Part 2 relevant to equipment, the paragraph of JSD if any and list of PPs attached to MR.
3. In "PARAGRAPH" shall be indicated for SP, JSS and JSD (where required) the following: Paragraph, subparagraph and relevant Title Number.
4. In "PARAGRAPH" shall be indicated for SR Part 1, SR Part 2, ITP PP the following general Note: "Note: Please indicate "Full Compliance" to PP attached to MR".

VENDOR DUTY

1. VENDOR shall fulfill Table according to Instruction here below shown.

2. In column "VENDOR'S CONFIRMATION ANSWER ("Full Compliance" / "Deviation") VENDOR shall provided for each row if its offer is in full compliance with statement of paragraph/supparagraf or if there is any deviation.
3. In case of deviation to some paragraph, Vendor shall provide the following additional information:
a) In Column 'D' "SENTENCE OF PARAGRAPH" the full sentence of paragraph/subparagraph of Specification for which deviation is provided
b) In Column 'E' "DEVIATION PROPOSED BY VENDOR" the deviation proposed by Vendor
