Dear Sir Kim,

In line with our Statement of Account dated October 1, 2022 and your
failure to pay your rental due for the month of OCTOBER within our ten
(10) day grace period, we will be charging you a penalty of ten (10)
percent. With this, your total amount due for the month of OCTOBER
is:

Rental Due P 45,000.00

Add: Penalty (10%) 4,500.00
TOTAL AMOUNT DUE P 49,500.00

Kindly pay the aforementioned amount immediately to avoid further

repercussions. Failure to pay ten (10) days from receipt hereof will
result to the termination of the lease.
