NOTICE OF LEASE AGREEMENT TERMINATION

Dear Mr. Choi,

I regret to inform you that our Lease Agreement for the property with the address of Lot 13 Block 11
Pinatubo St., Phase 2, Pulu Amsic Subdivision, Angeles City, Pampanga will be irrevocably terminated effective
December 22, 2022. This is due to your failure to pay the monthly rent for the past two (2) months, as follows:

Section 13 of our Contract of lease, dated October 1, 2022 stipulates: TERMINATION BY LESSOR- Should the
LESSEE fail to pay on the stipulated time or in case of any violation of the terms and conditions stipulated
in this contract, the LESSOR shall have the unilateral right to terminate this contract prior to the
expiration of this term by taking either judicial or extrajudicial ejectment. Late monthly rental payment
shall be charged with five percent (5%) monthly interest charged to the LESSEE. Ten(10) days consecutive
non-payment of rental fee would mean that LESSEE has to vacate the place immediately.
