    Dear Ms. Antonio,

    We are writing you this letter to inform you that you have failed to pay
    your rental due for the months of MARCH, APRIL, MAY, JUNE and
    JULY. With this, your total amount due as of the August 5, 2022 is:

    March 19 – April 8, P 45,000.00


    Add: Penalty (10%) 4,500.00
    TOTAL AMOUNT DUE P 49,500.00

    Kindly pay the aforementioned amount immediately to avoid further


    repercussions. Failure to pay before August 1, 2022 will result to the
    termination of the contract.
