I. INTRODUCTION

Water, what a fundamental need of life! It is an essential commodity we all cannot live
without. We all need water–a safe, drinking water to quench our thirst and support our body’s vital
functions.

The need for clean and drinkable water will continue to exist as long as human exist. As
every drop of water is worth conserving, so is every cent worth saving. The problem with tap
water is it’s laden with chemicals or minerals which you can only get rid of with the use of
expensive home filters.

Agua Crystallina is a water refilling station–a heaven-sent for those who need a cheaper
and more convenient way to have a daily supply of drinking water. We minimize the accidental
exposure to toxins. Our water undergoes several processes that would make the water safe to

A. PROJECT SUMMARY

Agua Crystallina is a water refilling station business in partnership with Mrs. Teresita B.
Vasquez. Our business is located at Recto Building, 2-A R.Dolor Street, Batangas City. The
company will primarily focus on its marketing strategies on offering and promoting services to the
market and also on customer needs and satisfactions. We do operate a standard and licensed
water refilling station. The vicinity is surrounded by residential and commercial areas. The refilling
operations will start on 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM.

B. OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY

The following are the objectives of this study:

• To help the future owner and investors to see the how water refilling station business will
be profitable.
• To see how to constantly improve water refilling station business through the needs and
expectation of each customers.
• To emphasize further knowledge about the actual flow of the business.
• To visualize abstract situations that will expand a holistic view of its organization.
• On how every worker behave and perform their tasks with proficiency with the use of
expertise.
• To apply varied techniques and tools to be able to yield good quality water product and
services.

C. SIGNIFICANCE OF THE STUDY

The significance of this study is the following:

• To provide knowledge and information about Agua Crystallina’s business profile,


operational performance; common problems encountered in terms of marketing,
management, technical, and financial aspect; and the business operation initiatives that
will enhance the operational performance of the business.
• Agua Crystallina’s business plan is a very important well-written, honest-to-goodness
strategic tool and document prepared by the entrepreneur that will convince the investor
to invest in a water refilling station business.

Agua Crystallina is one of the healthiest, cleanest, cost effective, and most trusted Water
Refilling Station in the town. It is a business with lower risk but constant demand. It is owned by
Ma. Therese B. Vasquez and its type of organization is sole proprietorship We have different
portable tanks to mechanically filtered or process mineral and purify water. By undergoing
different processes, our water can meet the aesthetic standards that is easily detectable by the
people in terms of taste, odor and color. It has DTI, BIR and Mayor’s permit in order to avoid legal
troubles.

III. Technology Consideration

Since now a day the popularity and advancement of technology had taken a major
wise over the years, our business should always be intact and updated on our
surroundings. With the help of technology, we can increase public awareness of health benefits
of drinking a lot of water. Increase brand awareness and recognition sharing and posting about
the company’s update. Easiest access and fastest methods to connect with the customers
