Business plan 
 Water is an essential commodity. As such The Public Health Department
ensures that all Water Refill Stations meet certain health and safety standards.
It’s important to note that if the water in a community is contaminated; it can
result to epidemic in that community.
Industry Overview 
 A water refilling station is a promising and profitable business in the Philippines
since clean drinking water is a basic need and is in demand in various parts of
the country. Although it is considered labor-intensive, the business is relatively
easy to run even for first-time entrepreneurs.
 Purpose of water station
 Water Refilling Station will offer safe, clean, and purified water at a reasonable
price. The business is set up to cater the reproduction of water through selling
large and small amounts of volume. The business will use one of the advanced
technologies in water purification with a 16 stages filtering process. The water
station will be open from 7am to 7pm, 7 days a week.
 Assuring that all the storage tanks and delivery tankers undergo routine cleaning
and chlorination
Executive Summary 
 Problem Statement
 Water as a natural resource is facing many challenges at the local, regional, and
global levels. Human water use is increasingly having negative impacts on
human health, economic growth, the environment, and geopolitical stability. In
recent years, concerns over growing water scarcity, lack of access to water to
meet basic human needs, degraded ecosystem function, and the implications of
climate change on the hydrologic cycle have brought water to the forefront as a
strategic concern for companies
 Ability to measure and account for their water use and wastewater discharges
throughout the value chain is a critical component in their risk assessment and
mitigation efforts, as well as their broader ambitions to become responsible water
stewards. Corporate water accounting also allows consumers, civil society
groups, and the investment community to compare different companies’ social
and environmental impacts in order to inform their actions and decision making.
 Ability to effectively account for corporate water use and impacts is essential in
helping companies drive improvement and become aligned expectations, as well
as their efforts to advance sustainable water management.

Products and Services 
 Our services, which are provided by a dedicated staff, also include
electrical instrumentation work, flow meter calibration, and contract
operation of drinking water treatment plants, in addition to various
maintenance services for instrumentation systems. In addition to product
delivery, etc., we can also help to make the work of field personnel more
efficient.
 We are in the water refill station line of business to sale and supply treated
water to households, offices and industrial plants via of hygienic water
tankers to achieve our business goals and objectives.
 Mission and Vision 
 Our vision is to establish standard water refill station in Barangay 16,
Bacolod City where located the ETCS 1, 2, 3, Rizal Elementary School
and Center of Barangay 35, 34, 36, 14 and Some Business
Establishments that will become the number one choice for households,
offices and industrial plants.
 Our mission is to establish a standard and world class water refill station
that in our own capacity will favorably compete with leaders in the
industry.
Job Roles and Responsibilities 
 Their responsibilities usually revolve around monitoring equipment and
procedures, gathering and analyzing water samples, performing necessary
adjustments, reading and recording meters, and maintaining the cleanliness of
facilities while adhering to the standards and regulations.
 Water System Operator - All system operators share several key responsibilities
that are critical to meeting your ultimate goal - providing an adequate and safe
supply of drinking water. System Operation Keep all system components (source,
treatment, storage, and distribution) functioning efficiently and effectively. Water
operator duties rely on detail oriented. This example from a water operator
explains why: "water and wastewater treatment plant and system operators must
monitor machinery, gauges, dials, and controls to ensure everything is operating
properly."
 Water Station Manager - Responsible for overseeing the smooth running of the
water refill station Ensures that the steady flow of both raw materials to the plant
and easy flow of finished products through wholesale distributors to the market
Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance
requirements calling for repairs. Their responsibilities usually revolve around
monitoring equipment and procedures, gathering and analyzing water samples,
performing necessary adjustments, reading and recording meters, and
maintaining the cleanliness of facilities while adhering to the standards and
regulations.
 Sales Officers - is to organize data and generate deep customer insight in order
to enhance sales force productivity and effectiveness, the practical roles within a
sales vary widely. Basically, the teams can choose to offer varying levels of
service depending on sales organizations sophistication.
 Delivery man/driver - drivers are expected to deliver a high degree of service that
exceeds the expectations of customers. A water truck driver is responsible for
filling the truck with water from supplies, and obtaining alternate supply if normal
source is not available. Other duties include loading and unloading water at local
facilities, conducting pre-trip checkup and inspecting equipment before operating
to ensure safe working. Loading, transporting, and delivering items to clients or
businesses in a safe, timely manner. Reviewing orders before and after delivery
to ensure that orders are complete, the charges are correct, and the customer is
satisfied.
Job Responsibilities: 
1. Delivering 18.9L Bottled Water in an efficient and timely manner in delivery van. 
2. Preparing delivery slips, collecting payment and returning all paperwork to office. 
3. Handling customer issues, complaints, and problems in a courteous and prompt
manner while exhibiting an overall customer-focused style of service.

SWOT Analysis 
 SWOT for Water Refilling Station is a powerful tool of analysis as it provided a
thought to uncover and exploit the opportunities that can be used to increase and
enhance company’s operations. Analysis occurs when the conditions in the
external business environment put at risk the profitability and reliability of the
firm’s business. One of the threats in purified water products business is the fact
that the government regulates the water purification products.
