boost the globalization of the
tourism industry in areas such as
hotels, restaurants, travel
agencies or tour operators.

Innovative use of ICT can result in new sales channels,
new product capabilities and product differentiation.
ICT can also reduce costs, increase productivity and

information through ICT has changed
entertainment making it much more illegal
downloads has led to rapid increase in
plagiarism popular, easy, convenient and
enjoyable.
