    This is to inform you that Joseph Hernandez, owner of this building and
    spouses Ricky Velasco and Rina Velasco, creditor-mortgagee, already
    terminated their agreement dated June 15, 2018 on January 15, 2023.

    Consequently, the new creditor-mortgagee, Edna Dumandal. All payment


    and concerns from January 16, 2023 will now be address to Ms.
