THE INSPECTION OF LAYER SHED STRUCTURE-02 ARE CARRIED OUT AT FACTORY PREMISES OF LAYER
SHED ON 08th February 2023.

THE ABOVE-MENTIONED LAYER SHED STRUCTURE WERE SUBJECTED TO ROUTINE MEASUREMENTS

TESTS.

1. Visual Inspection of Steel Structures as Per Drawings and Found Satisfactory.

2. Verification of Color, furnishing and Dimensional Measurement as Per Shop Drawings Dimensions
found Satisfactory.
3. Coating Thickness of paint measured and found satisfactory.
4. Verification of quantity as per BOM.
Balance Works/Remarks:
1. C Purlins, Sheeting material & it’s Hardware, Channel clip assembly and wind column conn clips not
offered for inspection, as non-availability of materials.
2. Quantity verification of 40*4*1000mm loose plates could not verified due to packed in gaps of Rafters
and Columns structures loading frames.
3. Some of minor issues of removed paint coating will be repainted before dispatch.
