THE FOLLOWING TYPICAL PANELS WERE OFFERED FOR INSPECTION AND TESTING
1. 33KV OUTGOING FEEDER-1 PANEL 1 No.
2. 33kV OUTGOING FEEDER-5 PANEL. 1 No.
3. 33KV BUS COUPLIER FEEDER PANEL 1 No.
4. AC DISTRIBUTION BOARD 1 No.

THE ABOVE-MENTIONED TYPICAL PANELS WERE SUBJECTED TO ROUTINE

MEASUREMENTS AND PROTECTION FUNCTION TESTS.
1. Verification of physical arrangement of components mounting with the General arrangements
drawing check
2. Verified the BOM as per approved drawings
3. Verification of the panel construction with the specification for dimension, color and
finishing.
4. The following are routine tests on the panels.

a) Control circuits wiring and functional tests.

b) Indication circuits check.

c) Metering circuit’s function check.

d) Annunciation functions check

e) Relay functions check by secondary current injection.

f) IR value check before and after HV test of 2.0 KV

A. 33kV OUTGOING FEEDER -1 CONTROL AND RELAY PANEL.

1. Metering function of TVM , Analog Ammeters & Voltmeter

2. P142 relay binary input status check.
3. P142 relay binary output observed through corresponding protection operated.
4. P142 relay LED functions check.
5. P142 relay protections of 50, 50N, 51, 51N, 67, 67N, 46, 49, 50Q, 50BF, 79 & the 95/86
supervision ckt functions check.
6. Breaker & isolator closing opening operation done through DCS switch check
7. Breaker & isolator indication circuit status lamp was check.
 8. 86A lockout relay function check.
9. DC supervision relay of DC functions check.
10. AC circuit supervision relay functions check.
11. LRS & ARS switch control check.
12. 195&295 Trip circuit supervision relay functions check.

6. Functional check of Annunciation Devices

7. IR value check before and after HV test of 2.0 KV
