Description Carry out MPI inspection, ultrasonic inspection, WTM for the following component (yearly or 3000 operating hours)

1- Main shaft MPI (radial groove and split collar) and inspect for damage and wear Record measurements.
For main shaft stress relief groove (SRG), Minimum OD at lower SRG 5.386 inch, Minimum wall thickness at lower SRG is 0.853 inch.
For Load Collar Grooves Minimum Tooth OD is 7.601 inch, Maximum Groove Width 0.650 inch and Minimum Tooth Thickness 0.609 inch.

2- Bail MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear


3- Rotating head MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear
4- Elevators link MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear
5- Loading collar and retainer MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear
6- Saver sub MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear
7- IBOP (upper) MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear
8- IBOP (lower) MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear
9- Counter balance visually inspect and MPI
10- IBOP actuator shell MPI and visually inspect for damage and wear
11- Link tilts MPI and visually inspects for damage and wear, check for bulletin
12- S pipe check for washout inside pipe, MPI and WTM ends, welds and kick off Subs
13- Wash pipe assembly visually inspect and WTM
14- Carriage inspection visually inspect for damage and wear, reduplicate
15- Guide beam visually inspect for damage and wear, MPI inspect to be done On guide beam joints
16- Dolly frame rollers and guarding visually inspect for damage and wear

Description Perform a Non destructive Examination (NDE) of all critical load path items, NDE inspection includes visual examination, dye penetrate
examination, magnetic particle inspection, ultrasonic inspection, x ray examination, and other methods of nondestructive testing for
metallurgical integrity

Description Check hydraulic power unit (replace any worn out parts or hoses, tubes, quick connection)

Description Check and repair service loop to be in good working conditions.
