 WHAT IS BIOMASS BIOAK PELLET?

Pellet fuels are small particles used for the purpose of

obtaining energy by increasing the density by processing
of all kinds of agricultural wastes, wood, industrial wood
wastes and forest wastes. It has a cylindrical form.
Generally, it is small particles which has 6-8mm
diameter, 20-30 mm long.

Our company went into action with gas stations in 1996, operated in
liquid fuel, construction, tourism, modular kitchen furnitures and
continues to make investments.

BIOAK Pellet started to manufacture with 6000 TONNE/year capacity on

9500 m² open area and 2500 m² closed area in Giresun 2nd Organized
Industrial Zone in 2014.

Building, machine parkour and worker capacity have been increased on

5500 m² land which was added from 2nd Organized Industrial Zone. So, it
has reached 50000 TONNE/year capacity in our modern manufacturing
plant which has 15000 m² open area and 6000 m² closed area in
accordance with new investments.

Our purpose and aim is to provide access to energy cleaner, more

sustainable, more efficient and more economical way in Turkey and all over
the world. In this sense, our services and activities are progressing.

HOW TO USE BIOAK PELLET
ITS USAGE IS VERY EASY WITH STOKER SYSTEM
WHICH WILL BE ATTACHED TO AVAILABLE HEATING BOILERS.
WHYBIOAK PELLET?
Bioak – It is produced reusing pellet forest waste and industrial wastes and
provides an important recycle.
Bioak – Pellet is a fuel which is processed mechanically, is produced from
industrial forests and absolutely doesn't have a chemical content.

Bioak – It will reduce fossil fuel imports and contribute to country's

Bioak – Pellet transport and storage are very easy. It is a refined biomass.

Bioak – It protects forests on the pellet production stage.
Annual industrial wood and firewood production of General Directorate of
Forestry are 22 million cubic meters on average. This production is obtained
WHYIS BIOAK PELLET? from forest setting, forest maintenance, forest rejuvenation and production
activities.
It is cheaper than fossil fuels and provides access to same
energy easier.

Values of flue gas release and environmental pollution are low

and it is eco-friendly and CO release is under threshold value that is
accepted in Kyoto Protocol.

Environment and human health emission values have lower

level than fossil fuels.

It supplies efficient combustion at high level with %99

burning rate.

The waste amount after the usage is low, Ash Rate is 1%.
