Reflection

Write your reflection on different developmental theory:

a. Students must reflect their selves of their own experiences from the first stage
of each theory up until to the current stage where they are now.

 Theories of Psychosexual Stages of Human Development (Sigmund Freud)

→ The Oral Stage (birth to 1 year)

Since a baby or infant cannot speak, they can only express themselves through
actions or by making noises. When you're in the oral stage, it can be difficult to
remember things. But if I had a memory, it would probably be of me sobbing and
pleading for a bottle of milk, sobbing because I needed to have my diapers changed.
I would likely laugh with myself, but I would also certainly laugh with my family.

→ The Anal Stage (1 to 3 years old)

I hardly recall anything from this period (the anal stage, or 1 to 3 years old). It
was either my mother or my siblings who taught me how to walk, crawl, and even
toilet training.

→ The Phallic Stage (3 to 6 years)

At this age, all we want is to play and think about silly, and superficial things like
having superpowers or to be Superman or Wonder Woman. I have a lot of
imaginations at this age. As I made plans for the future, I made the terrible choice to
teach those who did not attend school. I had a boy buddy when I was little, maybe
around the age of seven, and we both decided to get married when we were older. It
was enjoyable and energizing to look back and remember the past. I enrolled in
school when I was six years old. At this age, I also struggle with learning because
everything is new to me, including the people I interact with. I don't cry, though,
unlike every other child who does when their parents drop them off at school.

→ The Latent Stage (6 to puberty)

Puberty happens. My body undergoes changes. My voice has changed and
grown more adult, and my pubic hair is starting to develop. My monthly
menstruation also started. My face also began to show pimples and little bumps.

I also started to become more conscious of my surroundings, friends, and self. I

learn more about who I am. I became aware of my skills, favorite hobbies, and
talents. Gradually, I started to feel attracted to the opposite sex or have a crush on
them.
