$is spacious and attractive art deco house sits

on the second line of a private, gated domain
with direct beach access. In our opinion this is
the prettiest side of St Tropez, with its little
creeks, white sandy beaches and clear, clear sea
backed by an unspoilt coastline of wooded cli%s
and hills.

$e house easily sleeps 12 in 8 en-suite

bedrooms, with 3 terraces looking out towards
the sea. $e garden level bedrooms are self-
contained but with interior access, and has a
small kitchenette, a playroom and a gym.

$e open plan ground &oor (separate kitchen)

opens onto the pool terrace and in"nity pool
and gate leads down a path to the pretty beach
where there is the beautiful Tropicana Club.

Furnished in a contemporary, hippie chic style

and with good outdoor sun beds and a fun bar
area, the house has a cool, laid back vibe.

We think a large RIB or speed boat rental

(international boat licence required) would be a
:
 great addition to this villa for trips to St Tropez
or the unspoilt islands of Port Cros and
Porquerolles, both only short ride away.

$e shops and restaurants of le Rayol are only a

5 minute bike ride and the costal cycle path can
take you all the way either to La Croix Valmer
or Bormes les Mimosas if you take the other way.
