WRITTEN MEDIATION

Dear Lisa,
Do not be so worry, what you are feeling has happened to a lot of people and
this problem can be solve.
You must make sure that you are sleeping enough hours to face the day, it is
recommended to sleep a minimum of seven hours. Because if you do not sleep
well, you will accumulate the stress of the days. Maybe you find difficulties to
sleep but you can do some respirations before going to sleep.
Doing some sport every day helps to get relax and avoid the problems of the
day, an also to sleep better at night. It would be enough to walk half an hour per
day or doing a routine of exercise. Is better if you could go for a walking to the
countryside, you can set a day on the weekend to do this.
When you have high levels of stress, you need to do a break. An idea to spend
the time of the break is going to a cafeteria and spend some hours there
enjoying your favourite coffee or tea. It would be better if you also disconnect of
your mobile phone.
