How not to be lazy during quarantine

Hello my name Nelson Adi Prakoso, I have a thesis with title ‘’How not to be lazy
during quarantine’’ , the reason why I make that thesis because I see many people
have a problem with qaramtine, what its quarantine?, quarantine its a move for people
to stop spread of disease, in quarantine many things to you wanna do, but if to many
time in a day for you to relax and enjoy, but it’s make you to be lazy, so thats problem
experienced by many people, now I want to tell about how I can get past laziness in a
day.

Don’t sleep too late, if you want to be productive you must managing your time to
sleep, if you sleep to late its just make sleepy in the morning and you just get lazy and
sleepy, things you have to do is you sleep under 12 at night, and you can sleep in noon
too, take sleep in noon make a fresh feeling and fix your mood, if you can do it you
will have stamina in all time and you get happy feelings, that happy and stamina make
you productive in a day.

In addition to setting the rest time, the time to do the task must be considered, you
must managing your time to do task, why?, because if you don’t have a list for do a
task that make you busy in a one time, too busy in a one time just make you to lazy
after that its will give tired feels so you don’t have a mood to complete the next task,
that why you have to managing your task time, the best to do task its at noon or night
but don’t to late.

After that things what you should do its do eat and breakfast, many people its desnt
care to breakfast, its important, its will give you stamina at morning, if you don’t get a
breakfast you will get hungry in noon ,sleepy, and lazy will come early, in breakfast
you also have to choose healthy foods too mush rice thats just mae you sleepy, but
vegetable and fruits will provide additional stamina, after breakfast the things you
have consideres its a take a bath, bath is very inflential for your body, your body will
feel fresh and ready to do aktivity all day, thats diferrent if you don’t take a bath, you
will get a bad smell and that take effect to your mind.

The important things if your mental and your mood,doing this regularly will train
you and you will get used to it, you must keep happy and you must be productive, all
that I say itu work on me, soo you you just try it and how its work on you, in
quarantine many things you can do it who make you to be good person and useful for
future.
