    Espinar (2020) in his thesis entitled Proposal for Improving Labor Performance

    for the Quality Management of Mypes, hardware category, "Sánchez" case,

    Málaga - Cañete, 2020.

    According to the thesis studied, it can be seen the lack of information to be able to

    effectively conclude the results of said thesis, since the objectives set are generic, to

    have a better study of performance, the application of surveys relating the

    development of activities by position and collaborators, in order to obtain a better

    quality in management.

    For the rest, the thesis elaborated shows us that 83% of its population knows, but does

    not apply quality management in performance evaluation. Therefore, the depth of

    positions in hardware stores should be considered for performance evaluation.
