3. That all us have entered into a judicially settlement for the remaining properties left
by our parents and among which are the subject properties now pending transfer in
our favor at the Register of Deeds of Manila, TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF
TITLE NO. 64692 under the name of ANTONIA HERNANDEZ ET.AL., and
CONDOMINIUM CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 1387 under the name of the
Estate of Gilbert Cullen Jr.,

4. That we have already paid for the necessary transfer fees, capital gains taxes, and
related expenses for purposes of complying with the court order of transferring the
title under the names of the proper parties and heirs of the deceased spouses.

5. As it is, I am executing this affidavit in further compliance for the formal transfer
under our names of the subject TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO.
64692 under the name of ANTONIA HERNANDEZ ET.AL., and
CONDOMINIUM CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 1387 under the name of the
Estate of Gilbert Cullen Jr., and for whatever other legal purpose this may serve
