Did you just watch the audiovisual materials?

Or were you doing some task related to the watching? What did you do?

cartoons Cartoons were very useful as we could see all the examples in a simple
photo just looking at it. We used cartoons to relate the text with the
images, and for this reason it was easier to all students to remember
things and to learn new things.
Tv series We used it because we had a task related with this type of things. We
needed to watch some films and they talk about what we saw.
TEDtalks We didn’t use this type of things, but we used other type of web talks.
Songs fill the gaps We didn’t use this type of things.
Songs TPR It’s a way to learn basic English vocabulary with songs. We used them a
lot, I think that is an important way to get more ideas of vocabulary.

2. Do you think cartoons are useful for the teaching of English as Foreign Language in school?
