1. What are the advantages of developing learning plans using a word processing software
application?
There are many advantages of word processing software in developing learning plans,
specially teachers, they could save time, teachers can generally type words faster that they
can write using pen. Word processing software also gives clarity to you work, word
processors have fonts that help make the document clear or easy to read as compared to
different handwriting and most importantly, word processing software could correct your
grammar and spelling, word processors have automatic spell-checking features that help in
error elimination. They also allow for grammar correction in certain instances.
2. What are the special features of word application software that are beneficial in organizing
their formation required in any learning documents?
The special features of word application software that are beneficial in organizing their
information are Document creation, editing, saving, and printing and text within a document
can be copied, pasted, moved, and deleted. Text formatting includes things like font size,
bolding, underlining, and italicizing, and table creation and editing. Using pieces from other
program, such as illustrations or images, to add to your project and correcting grammatical

communications with a more visual emphasis, like flyers, brochures, newsletters, marketing
materials, etc.

and those who don't need the sophisticated features of InDesign or Scribus. In fact, it has
become the go-to software for many do-it-yourself brochure designers.

Google Forms is free online software that allows you to create surveys, quizzes, and. It's
part of Google's web-based apps suite, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Slides,
and more. It's a versatile tool that can be used for various applications, from gathering RSVPs
