1. How can technology be used mostly effectively in various fields of specialization to support
and assess student learning?

As students, we could agree that technology is very useful in our studies and is an effective means of
communication. With this said, it appears that collegiate agricultural courses with advanced
technology have more in-depth learning and skills, which greatly benefits the overall achievement
and cognition of the students.

2. How will I apply all the knowledge and skills that I learned in TTL 2 in teaching my field of
specialization?

In order for agricultural education teachers to adapt to an ever-changing educational environment,

they must possess the skills necessary to integrate technology into their classrooms. As an aspirant
teacher of agriculture, I must possess the skills necessary to integrate technology into our
classrooms. One of the ways is documentation. Documentation of teaching strategies using
technology could also increase the implementation and use of technology in the classroom. As a
teacher, I should know how to use technology. I am more likely to utilize it in the classroom.
Therefore, professional development plays a crucial role in the technology implementation process.
If teachers do not have the understanding or the skills to use technology, then technology
integration will have little impact. Professional development activities can help overcome the
technological knowledge/preparedness internal barrier by improving teachers’ technological
knowledge.

3. How will I develop learning plans for my classes to make sure that available technologies for
teaching will be put to use for meaningful learning?

As an aspirant agriculture teacher, I will be utilizing the available technological materials. And in my
class, we will discuss what might be some innovations in technology that help farmers today.
Encourage students to think outside the box, beyond just new tractors and harvesters. Have them
consider how things such as the internet and GPS might influence farmers, as well as mobile apps.

4. How will I ensure that my goals in this course will be achieved?

In order to achieve my long-term goals, I need to first achieve a series of shorter goals. Medium-
term goals (this year and while in college) and short-term goals (today, this week, and this month)
may take several days, weeks, months, or even a few years to complete, depending on my ultimate
long-term goals. I will identify what I need to do in order to achieve my goals. Gain a full view of my
path.
