Dedication

I dedicate my dissertation to
my parents and to my teachers. I
consider myself incredibly lucky to
have parents who have always
supported me as I have pursued my
dreams. From the time I was a child,
they set high expectations and taught
me to value hard work. I am grateful
to my dad who expects me to “do
things right the first time,” but also to
my mom, who is always there to
remind me that it is okay to make
mistakes. I also dedicate my
dissertation to my teachers. They
were tenacious and were never afraid
to vocalize their opinion. I attribute
my strong-willed nature and my
“never give up” attitude to them and
to my parents; two qualities that I
know got me where I am today.

Triumph cannot be achieved without
requiring patience, perseverance, hard
work, and most especially without the
help of others. So, I would like to
express my deepest gratitude to those
people who gave their support, effort,
and time to accomplish this Portfolio.
First of all, to Almighty God
who gave me strength, knowledge,
and wisdom that served as my
stepping stone to accomplish all the
tasks required for this output. I also
thank Him for the endless blessings,
support and love.
I would like to thank my
parents for their never ending love
and for supporting me morally and
financially as I pursue my dreams. I
am very determined to finish my
studies because my success is also
their success. I would like to thank
them for their unconditional love
