Problems
1. As it was a startup so there was not a proper system of attendances. It was
manually done in excel sheets. So, t was not reliable.
2. Payroll was manual. It was old traditional method of giving pays by calculating
no.of presents and absents.
3. Maintenance of computer systems as there are more than 400 PCs in the company.
So, it was difficult for the technical team to read all the e-mails and respond to much
needed issue.

Solution
1. Software base attendances system with facial recognition.
2. Payroll integrated with the attendances system.
3. A new software base solution named as ticket system. A portal in which employees
can sign up and was easy to identify to know the seriousness of issue and save a lot of
time.
