Title : Inanimate performance of HUMSS Students due to Negative Mindset,


Shyness and Lack of self-confidence in Philippine Integrated School
Foundation Inc.

This study was conducted to know why some of the HUMSS students are not capable
of doing their assigned tasks in Philippine Integrated school foundation. Specifically it
ought to answer the following question. What are the contributing factors affecting the
Inanimate performance of HUMSS students due to negative mindset, shyness and lack of
self-confedence PIS? What is the inanimate performance of HUMSS students due to
negative mindset, shyness and lack of self-confedence in PIS? Based on the result of the
study, the following major findings emerged...

In terms of respondents inanimate performance of HUMSS student was sometimes


due to negative mindset, shyness and lack of self-confidence foremost of which was they
know often that performance tasks have significant effect on their grades.

7 Based on the findings of the study, it is concluded that generally majority of the
students answered yes about the contributing factors affecting the inanimate performance
of HUMSS students due to negative mindset, shyness and lack of self-confidence and many
of them said no about the contributing factors affecting the inanimate performance of
HUMSS students due to negative mindset, shyness and lack of self-confidence foremost of
which was great majority of them replied yes on having a negative mindset because of
unfair treatment from their family.

Recommendation are formulated. Teachers must undergo training that addresses


the negative mindset, shyness and lack of self-confidence among the students which may
harm their academic performance, parents should be met up by the school guidance
counselor to discuss and take an appropriate action to erase the negative mindset, shyness
and lack of self-confidence.
