INTRODUCTION

It discusses the crisis and the researchers’ motivation to conduct the study. There must

be 1 – 2 citations from related literature and studies to support the discussion of the gravity

This includes the major/main problem and the sub/specific problems. The major problem

is just a restatement of the title. There are usually 3 – 5 specific problems that the

research needs to answer. Specific problems must start with “what” or how”.

that are found in the title that may have different meaning. Terms must be operationally

or lexically defined.
