Dear Sir,

The above subject matter was listed before the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 30th November,
2022. Upon acceptance of the notice, four (4) weeks time was granted to Respondents for filing
the reply. We have not received any reply to the Application till date, please provide the same.
In the event you have not filed the reply, you are requested to comply with the order dated 30th
November, 2022 at the earliest.

Please note we will be opposing any further extension of time for filing of reply on the next
date of hearing i.e. on 18th January, 2023 and will be pressing for arguments on the Writ Petition
and its disposal. Copy of the order dated 30th November, 2022 has been enclosed along with
this letter.
