Delivery Mode The in-service training was conducted in a face-to-face manner
where lecture-demonstration strategy was utilized. Health
protocols, as required by the IATF, was be observed all
throughout the activities that secures the safety of the
participants, organizers, and resource persons.

Ways Forward/  The Program Management Team agreed that the Mr.
Agreements & Janrey Domingo, Barangay Pagsulhugon Sanggunian ng
Timelines Kabataan President, and Reymond Riel, Member of the
Pagsulhugon Barangay Council- Health and Safety, shall
be the resource speakers for the First Aid and Basic Life
Support sessions due to their expertise and inability of
the original resource speakers.
 Three of the teachers are given permission to be
excused from one session for their vaccination schedule.
 The sessions were conducted and ended on time as
scheduled in the program.
