Let’s start with “Netsh Command”


Start by pressing the Windows Key + X + A on your
Computers keyboard


This will bring up an elevated command prompt


Type this inside ( netsh int ip reset )


Restart your computer to see if the problem is solved

Start with right clicking your Windows Icon down in the lower left bottom of your task
bar. (Start Menu)


Select Command Prompt


Once opened, type these commands in the box


netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled

netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled

netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled


Now restart your computer

Start with right clicking your Windows Icon down in the lower left bottom of your task
bar. (Start Menu)


Select Device Manager


Look for Network Adapters and expand the Network
Adapters


Right Click on each one and select uninstall, depending
on how ever many there are


Right click on each one and select uninstall


Now Restart your computer
