INTRODUCTION:

The Outbreak of Coronavirus disease 2019 (covid 19) has created a global
health crisis, that has had a deep impact on the way we perceive our world and our everyday
lives. Not only the rate of contagion and patterns of transmission threaten our sense of
agency, but the safety measures put in place to contain the spread of the virus also require
social distancing by refraining from doing what we used to, Mass media have long been
recognized as powerful forces shaping new normal.

NARRATIVE:
In relation to unnumbered memorandum dated August 24, 2020 instructing all Schools under
the Division of Quezon to cascades the series of Webinars in line with Brigada Eskwela 2020 in the
New Normal.
In the BDO Commercial, quoted “ WE FIND WAYS” and we found it in mass/social media is
the key to collaborates, communicate, connects to address the new normal. In order to cascades the
Webinar series in Brigada Eskwela we choose to safest way in form of technology/social media via
Google meet . The re orientation begun on rainy morning of September 16, 2020 at 8:00 in the
morning. The presenters are
Eryll A. Punongbayan our Gulayan sa Paaralan School focal person, he present to us the Gulayan
sa Bakuran, this effective strategies for helping individuals in having foods in their table, despite of
pandemic were many people lost their ways of living. The Second presenter is Roselyn V. San Diego
our School Health focal person, she present the Wash, Schools and Covid 19 Pandemic, this
effective health communication to sustain the preventive measures and reduction of health related
issue especially in the school, also she present how to reach the 3 stars that every school long wish
for. The last presenter is yours truly, I present the Safety Protocol, this includes the brief research
report on Covid 19, data gathered report, the Dos and Donts, a very effective tools for helping
individuals in dealing with social and physical distancing, Reduction of the stigma and discrimination
to those who affects the virus, and also I present the Psychological First Aid, a powerful tool intent
to reduce the numbers of individual who suffered Psychological issue, especially in time like this, a
Psychological resources resilience in distinct age or group in their socio economic situation or
conditions.
