PowerPoint Presentation

PowerPoint is a presentation software that will


allow you to create dynamic slide presentations.
Slideshows can include animations, narrations,
images, videos, and much more.
PowerPoint Presentation
PowerPoint provides an easy to use multimedia
presentation. When creating a presentation using
PowerPoint, the presentation has a series of slides.
The slide is a single page of a presentation. A
presentation is composed of severalslides.

SLIDES NAVIGATION PANE


It shows the thumbnails of all slides in the
open presentation.

SLIDE PANES
It displays the active slide. It also includes three
elements:
•The actual slide- is where you can add slide
objects such as text, pictures, charts, etc.

SLIDE PANES
• The slide workspace (blank area surrounding the slide)- the
gray area behind the slide.
• The scrollbars that let you navigate between slides (or the
same slide when you zoom the view to a larger percentage)
- placed over the right of the slide.

STATUS BAR
•It is a horizontal bar that displays
information about your presentation slide.

NOTES PANE
•It is located right below the active slide.
This is where the speaker notes are
written for the current slide.

VIEW BUTTONS
• It has four view buttons on the status bar displayed toward
the left of the zoom.
• Normal view -if you click in some other views such as the
reading view- click the normal vote on the status bar to
switch to normal view.

VIEW BUTTONS
• Slide sorter view- displays thumbnails (that can be
zoomed ) of every slide in the open presentation.
• Reading view - in this view, each slide fills the screen .
You use this view to preview the presentation.

VIEW BUTTONS
•Slideshow - shows the presentation as a
full screen slideshow from the current
selected slide.
