Doc. Fernando- Okay. So, for today, I will be checking your eyesight.

Kim- Okay po.
Doc. Fernando- Okay, good. Looks like you have a good eyesight, Kim.
The next one is I’ll be checking your hearing test.
Doc.Fernando- Okay, okay. Good. All done! Your ears are both clean! I

Nurse Allissa- Jed Chavez, you’re up.
Jed- Okay!
*Jed goes inside with Raine*
Doc.Binobo- Good Morning, Sir. Chavez. Hello, Jed. Today, I’m going to
check your child’s teeth.
Raine- Okay, Doc.
Doc.Binobo- Jed, upo ka dito. Pwede mo bang ibuka ang iyong bibig?
*Few minutes later*
Doc.Binobo- Ayan. All done! Your teeth are all clean. Brush everyday
ha?
Jed- Okay po!

Scene 3- Rahzel’s Check-up

Nurse Allissa- Rahzel Chavez.
*Rahzel enters the room*
Nurse Allissa- Hello Rahzel. Ngayon ay ichecheck ko ang weight mo
ngayon. Please stand here. Okay. Thank you. Now can you please
stand straight on the stadiometer so I can check your height? Okay.
