• My work involved the Structure-based design of novel human DNA
topoisomerase IIα inhibitors with the aim of developing novel inhibitors for
cancer.
• Software application for in silico design.
• Evaluation of biological activity of compounds utilizing enzyme assay kits.
• Evaluation of compounds using MTT assay (a colorimetric assay for
assessing cell viability), handling with cancer and non cancer cell lines
(HepG2, HUVEC and MCF-7 cell lines).
