    TO : MR. RICARDO T. MALIZA JR.
    CAT COMMANDANT

    I,Cdt/Maj. Ernie Arpon, Corps G5 Administrative Officer, would like to


    inform you the following RULES AND REGULATIONS that are strictly implemented in
    the CAT headquarters.

    *Cutting classes and staying inside the headquarters during class hours is strictly not
    allowed
    *Making/watching scandal that might affect the CAT’s dignity and reputation is strictly
    prohibited
    *Anyone who’s entering the headquarters should log-in/log-out in the logbook
    *All items that you borrowed must be approved first
    *Do not litter
    *Do not cuss or say bad words
    *Do not wear accessories that are not related to CAT
    *Do not wear improper and sensual apparel
    *Do not gamble
    *Do not make noise and unnecessary actions
    *You can leave your Government Official Attire (GOA) in the headquarter at least three
    days a week
    *No body contact, exercise ONLY
    *You can’t use your rank, friendship or power to do your unnecessary, illegal and
    immoral actions
    *DO NOT FORGET TO ENTER AND LEAVE IN THE HEADQUARTERS.

    NOTE:

    Anyone who breaks the rule, rule SHUOLD PAY A FINE.
